Your video will be hosted on the Addattach website,  you will have a personal password and email address, offering you both security, privacy and an agent to deliver your tailored, focused career message. You control access to your video through your preference settings. You can restrict access to your video via your personal password, or you can choose the “open access” option, allowing recruiters, hiring managers and firms to search our video fields for someone with your specific expertise. If a search results in a hiring manager wanting to contact one of our candidates, this can be done privately within your Addattach profile administration area.

For hiring managers the advantages to using Addattach are unlimited. You can use Addattach to locate your finest talent. From your desk, you can use our search engine to find candidates you feel fit your needs, and you can preview your meeting by screening specific career videos that have been approved for search by our clients. Addattach is a secure website, which allows you to directly contact candidates. Recruiters, hiring managers and companies can also use Addattach for promotional and other career-related needs, such as messages for employees, potential employees and other key audiences.

Getting Started

The Addattach video resume process is designed to produce the most professional and engaging portrait of your career history. Our goal is to ensure that your video portrait takes your career aspirations to the next level, and we take several comprehensive key steps to guide your success.

Step One: Learning about you

As soon as you contact us regarding your interest in creating an Addattach career portrait, we will ask you to provide us with your resume and other credentials so that we can review your career history and prepare the script that will showcase your talents.

Step Two: Telling us about yourself in a stage and interview setting

The questions are critically important as they will form the basis of your video script. You should be comfortable with the questions and prepare answers that you will rehearse in advance to deliver on camera. As with any interview, the focus is on you, and with Addattach, the focus is all about you. We create a studio setting that will best enhance your experience and allow you to deliver and tailor the story you want to tell potential employers. If you require the assistance of a coach to prepare and deliver your story, we will be glad to provide that service and fee information.

Step Three: Preparing for the Video Interview

The Addattach staff will provide you with guidance on proper attire and information on how to maximize your video appearance. You can take advantage of our styling assistance, we can also provide hair and make-up services and fee information.

Step Four: The Video Shoot

The video shoot will take place at the Addattach studios in the heart of midtown Manhattan, New York City. Once you have arrived at the studio, your Addattach team will finalize your script and conduct final touchups with hair and makeup.

You will have all the time you need to create your video portrait. We understand that our clients have different styles and needs, and it is our job to make all the needed adjustments as you become comfortable with your taping “set.” On average, you should expect to set aside two to three hours for your Addattach video portrait production.

Step Five: Your Still Portrait

The final production step is your professional portrait, which will be taken following the shooting of your video. The photograph will appear on the search engine of the Addattach website. In addition, your portrait can be made available for your own use for other portrait needs for other websites such as Linked In and Facebook for a fee of $100.00.

Step Six: Post Production and Use of Your Video

Following your video shoot, the Addattach team will edit and polish your interview and post it to your personal page on the Addattach website for your private viewing. You will be able to log into your personal Addattach career page and provide all pertinent information to accompany your video portrait, including your resume and your Linked In, Facebook and other career links. As soon as the information is complete and the video is finalized, your page will be under your control.
